Once you build my website can I just take over and do the editing?
This is not possible because the website is built with a program outside of the server and then uploaded to your web space. Editing needs to be done through the program and then re-uploaded for the changes to take effect on your website.
Is the cost of the online booking software included in your fee?
If you choose to use the online booking software, you would need to purchase that separately in an account under your name. We can then integrate the calendar into your website.
Do you host the website and purchase the domain?
We can for an additional charge, or you can sign up for a hosting provider and then we will upload the site to your server. This gives you more cost options. We do not recommend free web hosting and not all hosts will be compatible with our design software. We recommend that you purchase the domain name so that you are listed as the owner of that domain.

I contacted a web design firm and their pricing was triple that of your posted pricing - Why?
Design firms can employ hundreds or even thousands of people and generally work on large corporate projects. Paying employees generates more overhead costs. I do not accept corporate projects as I am well aware of my limitations as a sole designer. I only accept small website projects limited to 10 pages or less.
Do you design websites for businesses other than vacation rentals?
Yes. Please contact us with your specific need and we can discuss your web design options.
If I have my own website do I still need to list with other vacation rental sites?
Absolutely. Try to list with sites that let you provide a link to your own website. This increases your weight in search engines and takes people to your exclusive website, possibly increasing the chance that they will reserve your property.
